She started the brand out of a need to share her mom's antioxidant-rich, holistic recipes with her audience. One sachet includes a mix of jujube, goji berry, lily bulb, black fungus and lotus seed. To enjoy, simply add one elixir bag in 250 ml of water. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for ten+ minutes. It tastes the best when boiled with one apple. All ingredients are edible except the white lotus seed.
